Didsbury House fulfills the classic wedding tradition of “something old, something new, something borrowed, and something blue.” Our stunning Victorian townhouse has been beautifully refurbished to offer you a blend of historic charm and modern luxury. The highlight of our venue is the beautifully appointed Blue Lounge, where you can exchange your vows in an intimate, stylish setting that reflects the timeless elegance of your special day.

To ensure you experience a personal and intimate atmosphere, most weddings at Didsbury House are hosted with exclusive use of the entire property. This includes access to all 27 individually designed bedrooms, allowing you and your guests to enjoy the full comfort of our space, as well as a delicious breakfast the following morning to round off your celebration.

Let Didsbury House be the backdrop for your perfect wedding day, offering a seamless blend of classic elegance and modern luxury in the heart of Didsbury, Manchester.
We can seat 50 guests for a traditional seated wedding breakfast in our Blue Lounge & Boardroom, and up to 80 guests with additional use of the Gold Lounge.
For more informal style receptions, with a BBQ or buffet we can accommodate up to 100 guests.
The overall standing capacity, including evening guests, is 120.
We are happy to provisionally reserve any date for up to 10 days.
Should you wish to confirm a date with us, a £2,000 non-refundable, non-transferrable deposit is required.
Prior to confirming the date with us, we advise you book your ceremony directly with Manchester Registry Office.
For ceremonies at Didsbury House Hotel we would recommend booking a registrar between 2pm and 4:30pm.
Please note bedroom check-in is guaranteed at 3pm.
